With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian has built his career from the ground up—starting with house painting and growing into full-scale residential and small business remodels. Today, he specializes in hotel-to-apartment conversions, bringing new purpose to existing structures through thoughtful, high-quality renovation.

What began as a passion has evolved into a business focused on long-term value, client satisfaction, and integrity in every project. Christian is dedicated to delivering results that not only meet immediate needs but also support his clients’ future goals—one remodel at a time.

Joel: Estimator  

Joel brings precision, integrity, and years of experience to his role as Estimator at Premium Valley Contracting. With a strong background in construction and a sharp eye for detail, Joel is responsible for delivering accurate, transparent, and competitive project estimates.

He works closely with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure every bid reflects the true scope of work—helping projects start on solid footing and stay within budget. Joel’s analytical mindset and commitment to clear communication make him a trusted partner from pre-construction through final planning.

Gary: Superintendent Manager  

With a lifetime of experience in the construction industry, Gary brings invaluable knowledge and leadership to our team. As our Superintendent Manager, he oversees all construction projects, guiding the field team and ensuring that every job runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. His expertise in superintendent roles and responsibilities makes him a key asset to our fast-growing company, and we’re proud to have him on board.
